Refund Policy

• Refund/Change requests made more than 7 days prior to your scheduled activity date are subject to an administration fee of 15% of the order total.
• Refund/Change requests made 1-6 days prior to your scheduled activity date are subject to an administration fee of 30% of the order total.
• No refunds or change requests will be issued on the day of your scheduled activity.
