Our Discovery Camp Leader in Training Program (LIT) is an incredible opportunity for ages 13 to 16 to gain some awesome experience learning new skills, building confidence and having summer fun! This program is one week in length and teens are welcome to sign up for multiple weeks!
LITs will:
* participate & help organize camp games, crafts & activities
* be involved with monitoring break times
* lead an activity later in the week
* practice conflict resolution
* practice communication skills
* participate in an orientation meeting on the first day of camp

> If you are wanting to build some life and resume skills or are looking towards a future role as a counsellor or other position working with children, this program will give you some great experience!

> Depending on your school allowances, your LIT program hours may be eligible for your school community involvement hours. We recommend verifying with your school.

> The LIT Program is a 5 day program and available every week throughout the summer, but spots are limited!

> Includes LIT t-shirt and bandana.
